Individual Session $150.00 - 60 Minutes

In individual therapy, I utilize a multidimensional approach, incorporating various therapeutic theories to address intimacy and relationship challenges.

My approach incorporates Patrick Carnes 30 Task Model© providing a structured framework for recovery.

Couples Session $200.00 - 60 Minutes

I offer couples therapy tailored to address the unique needs and challenges of each partnership through a collaborative and non-judgmental approach.

We’ll work together to identify attachment wounds, improve communication and foster a deeper understanding between partners.

Couples can build resilience and work towards a more fulfilling connection, building a new relationship and establishing trust.

Many people believe that intimacy is only sexual. As part of the process, we will work towords developing a deeper understanding of intimacy including:

Emotional: connecting through feelings and emotions
Intellectual: sharing ideas, thoughts, and deep conversations.
Physical: displays of affection and affirming physical touch.
Spiritual: connection to higher purpose, values, or something greater than yourself.

Payment Policy

Payment is required at the time of service. Services will be billed after each session.
A secure link will be provided to upload your payment information through my Telehealth platform: Simple Practice.
Insurance claims may be able to be reimbursed for the cost of your therapy if you have coverage for out of network, outpatient treatment, or mental health treatment with an LICSW.

Please check with your insurance provider to determine what mental health services your policy covers.

An itemized statement will be provided upon request for submission to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.
I do not participate in any managed care networks, and am not a Medicare provider.

Cancelation Policy

48 hour cancelation notification prior to appointment is required. Once scheduled you will be billed unless you provide the 48-hour notification.

All telehealth and secure connections services are provided through Simple Practice and are HIPPA compliant.
